Return Policy (Physical Products)

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

1. Shipping of Physical Products

1.1. Physical products (such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and other clothing/accessories) are shipped throughout Brazil via partner carriers and/or the Post Office.

1.2. After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code (when applicable). The delivery time starts counting from the payment confirmation.

1.3. In case of delays exceeding the stated deadline, our team will mediate with the shipping company. The customer may request a full refund if the order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.


2. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

2.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (article 49), the customer has 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return due to buyer's remorse.

2.2. For the return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • unused;

  • no washing;

  • No odors, damage, or signs of wear;

  • with all original labels, tags and accessories;

  • inside the original packaging (when applicable).

2.3. You must present the order number or proof of purchase.

3. How does the return process work?

3.1. After requesting a refund, our team will confirm eligibility and send instructions regarding:

  • return address,

  • how to pack the product,

  • deadlines and procedures.

3.3. The return shipping cost will be provided if applicable. In cases of returns due to buyer's remorse, the cost may be borne by the consumer, according to Brazilian law, unless otherwise indicated.


4. Exchanges

4.1. Exchanges follow the same timeframe and conditions as the returns section.

4.2. We do not offer automatic exchanges. The customer must request a return first, and after acceptance, may make a new purchase of the desired model, size, or color.

4.3 Attention! Orders for personalized t-shirts cannot be exchanged. Check the size before ordering. If you have any questions, contact us via email or WhatsApp.


5. Defective products

5.1. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt, sending:

  • photos or videos of the defect,

  • order number,

  • Description of the problem.

5.2. After analysis, we will be able to offer:

  • free exchange,

  • repair (when applicable),

  • or a full refund.

5.3. Damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper washing is not covered.


6. Refunds

6.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

6.2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days , using the same payment method originally used.

6.3. Payments via PIX or bank slip may require the account holder's bank details.
